- Web server (Apache or Nginx):
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?

One of our users cannot receive mail from a sending organization - postfix log indicates "Recipient address rejected: Blacklisted;"
Have added the address and IP to whitelist but this issue is still occuring.
How do we resolve??
