Topic: virtual domain relay

==== Provide basic information to help troubleshoot ====
-iRedmail 0.7.3
====
all i want to do is relay mail from iredmail to the backend exchagne server. I had this working perfectly. The server broke so I build another. I install iRedmail, then I upgrade the admin panel to iRedAdmin Pro, and I log in. I have one domain, and i set the transport of smtp:[xxx.xxx.xxx.xx] of my internal exchange server. I create aliases as I have before. I set the domain to use aliases as I have before. I test it and it will ALWAYS say that my alias users are not in the virtual domain users, and will not relay the email. What is going one.  I did this before and now it simply refuses to relay mail. The alias users I create are never acepted as users in the virtual domain. I just want to relay user destined to my.domain.com to the same user at the internal exchange server. This worked for a year, and now I can;t make it function.

Re: virtual domain relay

Please post below info to help troubleshoot:

- output of command "postconf -n"
- LDIF data of this mail domain. You can get it via accessing iRedAdmin-Pro: https://your_server/iredadmin/export/ldif/domain/your_domain.com

Re: virtual domain relay

The postconf output is below. I have since found the solution to the problem, by simply entering the email address of the relay recipient on the forward to box below the alias entry, so Im sorry for that. When I first set them up on the old machine I don't remember having to do that, but I guess thats all the problem was.

So this problem was solved?
