Re: Not able to receive emails

Do you have correct A/MX records for your mail domain name in DNS?

Re: Not able to receive emails

You point MX record to mail.tectren.com, but it doesn't has a A record:

$ nslookup mail.tectren.com
Server:        8.8.8.8
Address:    8.8.8.8#53

** server can't find mail.tectren.com: NXDOMAIN

Re: Not able to receive emails

It should be ok to receive emails from external. Did you try to send email from Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail to your mail account?
