*) Restart Apache service and try again.
*) Please check whether the SQL username/password of Amavisd database are correctly set in iRedAdmin-Pro config file "/var/www/iredadmin/settings.py".

I tested user and password login with "mysql -u amavisd -p" and works. Restart apache didn't work. The problem persists.

In /etc/amavisd/amavid.conf the password is correct too:

@storage_sql_dsn = (
    ['DBI:mysql:database=amavisd;host=127.0.0.1;port=3306', 'amavisd', 'XXXX'],
);

Did you login as global admin, or a normal domain admin?

BTW, no attachment found in your post.

It doesn't make sense. Could you please try below steps:

1) Logout iRedAdmin-Pro.
2) Restart Apache web server.
3) Re-login to iRedAdmin-Pro.

if it still doesn't work for you, is it possible to let me login to your server (via ssh) for further debug?

Hi, this steps didn't work. Please, send your SSH public key.

Issue solved, incorrect database name in iRedAdmin-Pro config file (a space in database name).
