I cn send mail, but I cant receive. i have the ports forwarded on my router. What could be wrong?

Yes, my dns records are correct. I can access roundcube from the internet, and the mx record points to the right address as well.
is there a log that I can use to trouble shoot?

Try to send an email from your personal Gmail/Hotmail/Outlook account, then check Postfix log file to check whether there's some log generated.

If there's log related to your testing email, then DNS (MX record) should be fine. And please check the log to see whether Postfix temporarily rejects the email (due to greylisting).
