Hello. We paid for iRedMail Pro and have not received a confirmation email or any instructions.
After successful install of the Free version cannot connect to server with Microsoft Outlook.
Here is the PayPal receipt we got for the purchase:

Thank you for the quick answer.
We already have iRedMail-0.9.8 installed and configured with 2 domains.
But I cannot seem to connect to it from Outlook.

I have downloaded the iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-2.9.0.tar.bz2 file, uploaded it to our server in the /root/ folder. I tried following the instructions you supply for upgrades. I am trying to ugrade iRedMail-0.9.8 to iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-2.9.0.

So I unzipped it to the folder iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-2.9.0 as instructed:
# tar xjf iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-2.9.0.tar.bz2

That worked fine.
Then I changed directory:
# cd iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-2.9.0

But then I tried to run the supposed upgrade script:
# bash upgrade_iredadmin.sh
I get file not found.

The only executable file I can see in the folder is:
iredadmin.py

So what am I supposed to do with that? I saw no mention of a file like that in the documents.

Script "upgrade_iredadmin" is under "iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-2.9.0/tools/" directory.

Thanks for the information. It looks like the install worked at the console.
It would be nice if the Documentation told us where the upgrade script for iRedMail Pro was.
I could not find that.
Maybe you could include this line in the Pro Upgrade page.

Yes I see that now. I think I must get my eyes examined and maybe new glasses!
