We are having a problem with few email accounts whenever they send email to person using outlook the email goes to junk folder.
I have tried to whitelist the email but still the same problem
He is using MacBook.

- Please check the mail headers on receiver side, we need the mail headers for troubleshooting.
- Is it possible that Outlook has its own spam detection enabled on receiver side?
