After removing all blacklist / whitelist entries I am still receiving this error when attempting to send an email to an address that was previously blacklisted.

SMTP Error (554): Failed to add recipient "thomas@ansspc.com" (5.7.1 <thomas@ansspc.com>: Recipient address rejected: Blacklisted).

Try this:

- Turn on debug mode in iRedAPD. FYI: https://docs.iredmail.org/debug.iredapd.html
- Reproduce this blacklist again
- Check iRedAPD log file, iRedAPD logs detailed info in debug mode, it should be easy to figure out why it's blacklisted, then you can remove the blacklist if you want.
