I'm having trouble accessing emails via sogo. Attached is the error. Whenever I've tried to click on the email it shows "request failed"

For SOGo, please check /var/log/sogo/sogo.log and get relevant error message.

Seems caused by SOGo bug.

Did you modify SOGo config file (sogo.conf)?

No I didn't modify the sogo.conf. All default installation

Does upgrading SOGo to the latest nightly build fix the issue?

Oops, FreeBSD ports tree doesn't use the nightly build. but on CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu, there's a yum/apt repo for nightly build and upgrading is just 'apt update' or 'yum update'.

Did you get any other error in SOGo log file?
