I am running .0.9.7/Ubuntu 16.04/MySQL/Apache. The VPS node I'm on is 'bad' and the company wants to move me to another node (while retaining my IP).
I am backing up the contents of /var/vmail to another system.
Is the help file - https://docs.iredmail.org/backup.restore.html - presently up to date?
Will following the backup.restore page get me a system identical to what I left behind (assuming .0.9.7)?
Thanks. I'm a little paranoid of having data and no ability to get it back up and running.
Andrew
