Hi, how are you?

I'm having some problems when creating a new user through the iredadmin dashboard. Whenever I created the user, the user's folder is not created in / var / vmail / vmail1 /. Then I need to manually create, assign permissions for the user to be able to log in. What could be happening?

You do not need to create the mailbox manually, it will be created automatically when user first logs in via POP3/IMAP/webmail, or there's a new email received in his/her mailbox. All done by Dovecot - the IMAP/POP3 server - automatically.

Strange, because when he tries to login for the first time, he tells me that there was no Dovecot folder structure. But thanks.
