Hello,
For 1 month ago there are some devices with Outlook 2016 or 2019 that are not updating Inbox. The message is: Updating Inbox / Waiting for response... All the accounts are connected with Sogo / Exchange Active Sync; they are sending emails but not receiving.
In the beginning I delete the ost file and all was working after Outlook sync all the emails, but it appear again and again.

What to do to fix this?

Any related log in SOGo or Nginx log file?

The log is in the attach.
I didn't reply for a long time because all was ok, but today was happened to an Office 2016.
