Hi All,

We recently changed internet service and got a new IP address for email. Sogo uses the same IP. Email is working fine and I can get to the login page on Sogo and log in, but when it tries to open my email it fails and the error page shows it is trying to open the old IP address.

Why would that happen, and how to correct it?

Thanks much!

This isn't necessarily the problem, but have you checked your nginx site configuration and template files? There _may_ be a redirect to the old address there.

That was exactly the problem! The nginx template, sogo.tmpl, had a redirect to the old IP. Changed it and all is good!
Thanks very much for your help!
