Topic: ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process
iRedMail version 1.2.1
- Deployed with the downloadable installer
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 18.04
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): NGINX
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? NO
Sometimes during the installation on Ubuntu 18.04 I see this error:
[ INFO ] Restarting firewall ...
[ INFO ] Updating ClamAV database (freshclam), please wait ...
ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process

Then I get a 404 when I visit https://box.mydomain.com/iredadmin/ or https://box.mydomain.com/webmail/.
I see this error in syslog, which I assume is relevant:
