Topic: ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process

iRedMail version 1.2.1
- Deployed with the downloadable installer
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 18.04
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): NGINX
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? NO

Sometimes during the installation on Ubuntu 18.04 I see this error:

[ INFO ] Restarting firewall ...
[ INFO ] Updating ClamAV database (freshclam), please wait ...
ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process

Then I get a 404 when I visit https://box.mydomain.com/iredadmin/ or https://box.mydomain.com/webmail/.

I see this error in syslog, which I assume is relevant:

This happened twice in a row now. Can I re-run the install script or do I have to re-install the operating system first?

I re-ran the install script and selected Y to use existing config. The SoGo URL seems to work but the admin website gives a 502:

111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: ...

The domain name of the server is (for example) mail.mydomain.com and the mail domain I am managing is mydomain.com. Is this a problem for the software?

Weird. I re-installed on Ubuntu 18.04. I still got this error but the admin and webmail sites work this time.

This means another "freshclam" process is running. It's safe to ignore.
