Hello Zhang,
today we have migrated the services from the old Iredmail server 0.9.6 to the new 1.3.2.
Databases were imported and updated according to the release notes.
We have seen that spam emails are quarantined even if the option is disabled on IredAdmin-PRO  panel.
I attach screenshot of the panel and the query of the amavisd-> policy table. The user/domain has no policy in the table

Thanks

Re: Spam emails are quarantined even if the policy is disabled

it would appear that the configuration applied is that of /etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user

$sa_tag_level_deflt  = 2.0;  # add spam info headers if at, or above that level
$sa_tag2_level_deflt = 6.2;  # add 'spam detected' headers at that level
$sa_kill_level_deflt = 6.9;  # triggers spam evasive actions (e.g. blocks mail)
$sa_dsn_cutoff_level = 10;   # spam level beyond which a DSN is not sent

# SPAM.
$final_spam_destiny = D_DISCARD;
$spam_quarantine_method = 'sql:';
$spam_quarantine_to = 'spam-quarantine';

In fact, the SPAM tag in the subject is also added to the messages in the Junk even if the option "Prefix text [SPAM] to the subject of spam" in IredAdmi is disabled.

so if I understand correctly
since all values  of @. are NULL in the policy table, the amavis 50-user configuration is loaded.

to disable the quarantine, I raise the value of sa_kill_level_deflt?  from the panel or by editing the file 50-user?

Thanks

I need the spam not to be discarded but to be placed in the Junk folder

Re: Spam emails are quarantined even if the policy is disabled

Did you modify the SQL record in "amavisd.policy" manually? The values (NULL) are not right.
Could you please upgrade iRedMail + iRedAdmin-Pro and try again?
