Topic: Delivery expired (message too old) '[Errno 61] Connection refused

Hi Huangbin

We received errors when the sender sent an email to us.
Not all the receiptent got this error.
Only some receiptent received this error message.
There is no issue with the receiptent mailbox.
May I know why and how do we resolve this error?

Seems Postfix can not connect to destination recipient server for a long time.

Sorry. I don't understand what you mean by "...Seems Postfix can not connect to destination recipient server for a long time...". The email is an active mail account. Why would there have these issue?

I mean, your Postfix can not connect to recipient's mail server for a long time.
Possible causes are:

- recipient's mail server is down.
- network connection issue
