From one of many in the postfix mail.log (I can't find a log for amavis:)
"Dec 11 04:07:02 red postfix/amavis/smtp[114133]: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10026: Connection refused"
Of course this restricts all mail period. After rebooting, a bunch of messages started trickling in. But the other problem is with the docs which talk of an earlier version:
"Use one DKIM key for all mail domains
If you want to use one DKIM key for all mail domains, please follow steps below:
Make sure you have at least one DKIM key configured like below in Amavisd config file (amavisd.conf):"
However, on debian 11 (amavisd-new) there IS no such file anywhere on the hard drive. I can't seem to find anything comparable so what happened to the main .conf file? And why are the docs silent on this when they explicitly recommend debian 11?
Confused.
Regards,
Steve
EDIT: By the way, this is a few days old install that I'm testing, not a long-haul beast yet!
