DNS Setup:
MX = mydomain.com
MX = mail.mydomain.com
A  =  Domain IP
A =  Mail IP server
TXT = "v=spf1 ip4:Domain IP include:mail.mydomain.com ~all"

HTTPS is setup via letsencrpt and resolves fine in web browers and via nslookup

What am I missing? Is my TXT DNS Entry incorrect? or is it something else

It's clearly mentioned here.

If you already set correct DNS records, you may need to wait for some hours or even days to wait for recipient servers to flush the local DNS cache.

Has been several hours, my dns provider usually updates new records in minutes.  Any other ideas? or places to check? Thank You

Try to send a new testing email, same error?
Did you check your SPF / DKIM dns records?

There is nothing wrong with iRedMail.Most of VPS providers block the ports 25,465,587 to fight against scamers.If you're using Linode then definetly the outbound ports for email delivering  are blocked.You can open the ports via 'ufw' command for local server hosted in cloud but the cloud platform(linode ex.) will block your message to proced any further.In other words...your message will leave your virtual mashine but will  be held on intranet of the cloud platform(vps provider).
