Hello,

i have configured Password policy for 9 characters, but in my test user acc i can set any pasword. Even 12345?
After creating policy i have tried to restart service and whole system. But the same problem. I created new test ACC but the same problem?

Wat did i miss?

i guess you are logged in as global admin, so you can set any password what you want, which is intended

Who closed the previous post?

So password policy is still not working. Password policy is only working for postmaster user, but not for all normal user!

I need a quick support!

How did you change user password? Or how did end user change their own password?
This password policy only works if end user changes password via iRedAdmin-Pro (with self-service enabled for the mail domain).

The end user change their password over SoG0 web page.

SOGo and Roundcube doesn't use this password policy.
