when using iRedAdmin 1.8 (MySQL), is there any way to adjust password restrictions for email user accounts to NOT require special characters?

i found your doc to adjust this in iredadmin pro but that doesn't seem to work for me (or apply to open source iredadmin).

thanks.

thank you. that worked. although, i had already followed it before and it hadn't taken affect, even though i believe i did restart the uwsgi service. this time however i restarted the whole server for other updates and now i see the property reflected in my new user dialog.

so maybe i messed up with the service restart?

anyway, thanks. it's all good.

Please restart "iredadmin" service instead, not uwsgi.
