Hi. I want a copy of incoming and outgoing mails to be sent to my other mail. For example, I have an email named main@example.com. How can I get the mails accepted and sent by the user@example.com user I use to be sent to the main.example.com mail at the same time? With this I can keep user@example.com's conversation history in main@example.com and it will never be deleted. At the same time, I can see to whom the user sends and accepts what.

Thanks in advance

You may need BCC: https://docs.iredmail.org/monitor.incom … h.bcc.html

Another solution is running an email archiving software to archive all in/out emails, then you can view the emails as auditor. Try our lightweight, on-premises email archiving software - Spider: https://spiderd.io/
