Hi,

When we try to blacklist any email id or domain name for outbound email option it is not working.

Can you please suggest what would we the solution for same?

Please read the allowed syntax / format of email id and domain name on the right sidebar.

Already checked and done setting in same way, for inbound it is working for Outbound not working.

Both use same syntax / format. Please make sure you input the values in correct format.

In your screenshot, you block outbound for all domains (the "@.").

- What result do you expect now with this block?
- Please send a testing email and show me full iRedAPD log lines related to your testing email.
