Topic: User keep receiving the recall message
Hi Huangbin.
We encountered an issue where one of our users keep receiving the recall message daily even though the recall was done months ago. We have reconfigure the email account, both the recaller and recallee, but it is still the same that the recallee is still receiving the recall message from recaller.
May I know what can be the cause and check what else can still be done to resolve this issue?
