0.9.2 on CentOS 6.7

you don't like updates, fixes, and such stuff it seems

7. Aug. 2015 was the release, 30. Nov. 2020 was EOL

Is there something related on my issue? it was a specific mail user error because he can't search on his mailbox

Well, troubleshooting on both very outdated OS and software is kinda hard and mostly not reproducable, even more when support for centos dropped completly and you need centos stream 9 do be able to keep everything fixed and updated

by best guess is, it's a bug in an very old and outdated roundcubemail installation which can't be upgraded/dated due to system requirements

roundcube/postfix aswell has some problems with very huge mailboxes with many thousands of mails inside

you could try to prune users preferences in roundcube database, but no gurantee this works and will fix it in the long term if it does

seems it was fixed here:

where 1.6.2 requires at least php7.4

Hi should i follow procedure on the link that you given? Is it possible affects the service?. it seems it will apply for the whole mail server not on the specific mail user.

you should update everything to a new version and stop skipping updates and upgrades

and no, this fix won't work, this is for a way newer version

ok i know this is mandatory for the servers but i dont risk if there some error if i upgrade the OS to new version this is for company mail and don't want to crashed any records when i do updating.
