when we use the EAS activesync for outlook at mobile i get error 
in case it's working on laptop

i guess the mobile version has some compatibility problems and is outdated

aswell, this is a sogo issue and not related to iredmail, my best guess would be looking at sogo support for a solution

If ActiveSync client doesn't perform auth (http basic auth), web server returns 401 error. This is normal.
