Dear Support,

I shared my postmaster inbox to 1 of my same domain account, it working good until I installed iRedmail-Pro.
After installed, share folder is disappeared. I checked the vmail database and I can see it. Could you please advise where I can find the log to see what happening?

iRedAdmin-Pro doesn't manage shared folder at all, so it should not impact this. I have no idea why it "disappeared".

Any related error/warning in Dovecot log when you try to list or access the shared folder?

Hi ZhangHuangbin,

No error or warning message under dovecot.log or imap.log.

I cannot access the shared folder as it is disappeared. I've tried re-add the sharing, but the postmaster inbox still "no show" on my email whatever webmail or mail client.

I've tried to add another email account as share folder, it working well.

If it works for other account, it's expected to work for the "postmaster" user.

Without related log, I'm sorry that i have no idea yet. sad
