When users with very poor internet connection try to send an email with attachement, they experience a Server timeout. Is there any way to fix that?

Re: Server Timeout

What's the size of the attachement ?

What is the type of file of the attachement?

What's the internet connection they are using? Mobile? xDSL?

What's the average upload speed?  https://www.speedtest.net

Is there any packet lost on this connection? (you can check that by doing a ping on the device for 5 min and see if any timeout occurs).

Re: Server Timeout

If user sends email (with attachment) with Roundcube webmail, you need to increase timeout for http connection.
For IMAP clients like Outlook/Thunderbird, i don't expect such issue since they should handle this well.
