is there any suggestion about migrating email from external IMAP server to pre-created accounts on iredmail server?
we were thinking about imapsync but it would be mandatory ask customers for passwords...

suggestion for future may be something with automatic account creation and migration email from other server with same credentials.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Snado.

Re: email migration

If old IMAP server runs Dovecot as IMAP server, you can create a Dovecot Master User to access all users' mailboxes without knowing users' passwords. FYI:
https://docs.iredmail.org/dovecot.master.user.html

If i remember correctly, Cyrus-IMAP supports similar feature too.
