Following the 0.9.6 to 0.9.7 upgrade guide, my email server is missing the files /etc/php-fpm.d/www.conf and /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf. Will this affect the upgrade? How do I resolve if it does?

After doing more research, I see that the first file appears to be related to Nginx web server, so that is irrelevant to me. The second file was located in \etc but not in a 'clamav' directory. Is that a problem?

Are you running Apache or Nginx web server?

Apache doesn't use php-fpm, so there's no /etc/php-fpm* thing.
