Topic: User wise spam policy not working

I have unchecked the Enable bad-header checking for one user (xxx@domain.com) but the mail still gets Quarantined. Do we need to restart anything after unchecking the box ?

Could you please show me full sql record in “amavisd.policy” table with “policy_name=<email>”? Replace “<email>“ by your user’s real email address.

After changing the log level to 5 in amavisd.cong file Following is the logs.
