Hi,

I've encountered an issue where when I increase user quota, a new mailbox for that user created resulting user complained that their mailbox is empty.

I just want to know is this by design or a bug or some misconfiguration on my side. Looking forward for your answer.

Looks like a bug of iRedAdmin-Pro, but i didn't receive similar report from other iRedAdmin-Pro customers.

- Which iRedMail and iRedAdmin-Pro release are you running?
- Did you migrate from and old iRedMail server?

I see.

I'm currently running iRedmail 1.3.1 and iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL 4.4.

And this is a fresh install.

Could you upgrade to the latest iRedMail-1.4.0 and iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-4.8 and try again (with a testing mail account)?

I'll try upgrade the version but is there any documentation for properly upgrading iRedmail & iRedAdmin version?
