Topic: Request Failed - when i try to send a message through SOGO

A few weeks ago I started with the problem (SOGO) when I was working with my email account via webmail, which gives the Request Failed error and stops working, I have to logout the account and log in again and after a few minutes the same error again. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I made a ticket on the official website (SOGO) but I did not get any answers, maybe someone here had the same problem

Any related error in SOGo log file (/var/log/sogo/sogo.log) or Dovecot (/var/log/dovecot/*.log, especially "imap.log")?
