Hi,

Just installed iRedMail again to my server but not sure what's the issue this time.

iRedAdmin is not opening up. I tried to open roundcube but It throws Database connectivity error. What's missing this time? Any thoughts? And thanks for the help, always appreciated.

This is what I got from the iredapd.log file

Iredapd isn't iredadmin.  Please provide Web server logs.

There is nothing related to iRedAdmin in the log.
Have you actually tried to go to httpS://yourdomain/iredadmin
forced to HTTPS
you say you've just installed it, but it doesn't ship with suExec, proxychecker etc, so one of the things you installed might have broken or changed its configs.

Yes I did. I went to this link: https://server1.gadgetsdeals.in/iredadmin

and this link throws database error: https://gadgetsdeals.in/mail/

Please see it for yourself.

Last time when I installed iRedMail, It all worked fine but not sure what's the issue this time?

What backend did you install iredmail with? Pgsql/mysql/ldap

Can you open the roundcube config, find the username and password and test the MySQL account manually?

Looks like your iRedMail installation was not success. The easiest way to fix it is: reinstalling OS, then install iRedMail.

I did install OS and iRedMail twice but didn't work. Let me try on more time.

Could you paste the whole output of the Installer?

There must be something wrong during iRedMail installation, maybe related to SQL server setup. So, as 7t3chguy says, please paste the whole output of the iRedMail installation here so that we can help troubleshoot. If the log was lost, try reinstalling OS+iRedMail again.

P.S. in upcoming iRedMail release, all output will be saved to file 'runtime/install.log', so you can always have the installation log.
