Topic: Can't connect with SMTP on mobile

Hello guys,

I made a new mail server everything works perfectly using the roundcube site.
But there are some problems using it with my mail app on my Galaxy s6 android 5.1.1
Incoming and reading mails works perfectly but i'm unable to connect with the SMTP server so i can't send mails???? as server i just puted my SERVER IP in with SSL what is the problem please help me.

Try below steps:

1) Make sure you have correct smtp server address in Android, and mail username, password. STARTTLS or TLS is required. Don't reply "i'm sure they're correct" so soon, please double check before replying.

*) Disable Fail2ban and iptables services first, then try again. After you have smtp service working on Android, restart them.
