Hello,

One of our users enabled by mistake the two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator from the webmail ( doesnt showed the QR, must be for the issue with mailcow https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/issues ) , saved that configuration and logout the mailbox. Now the milbox is unable to reenter. Do you know how we can enable the access to the mailbox without eliminate the mailbox?

Thanks

That issue will be solved in the version 4.4 of the iredmail Pro? The admin menu will have the option to disable the 2fa in the user that activated that option by error?

Re: Issue with 2FA activated by mistake

You can disable the 2FA with command "sogo-tool". Or, update user profile by SQL command line directly (NOT RECOMMENDED).

Re: Issue with 2FA activated by mistake

BTW, this is a SOGo issue, we have no plan to manage this setting in iRedAdmin-Pro recently. Sorry.

Re: Issue with 2FA activated by mistake

Hello,

What is the command to remove the 2fa via the sogo-tool ?

We found that coommand, but is only to one user: /usr/sbin/sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults UserWithProblem SOGoGoogleAuthenticatorEnabled {"SOGoGoogleAuthenticatorEnabled":0}'

But is not there any command to remove in all the user that option in the webmail?

Thanks
